Short Ribs




1/2 green breadfruit, peeled and diced2 cups boiling water3 tbsp. butter or margarine3/4 tsp. saltdash of pepper Add water to breadfruit and cook 1 hour. Drain and season with butter, salt and pepper. Serve as a starchy vegetables.
