FRIED WUN TUN

1 pound pork hash – less could be used

6 frozen shrimps – cleaned and cut fine

8 water chestnut – chopped fine

2 large dried mushrooms – soaked and chopped fine

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ajinomoto

dash of sugar

1 box wun tun pi

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Stuff each wun tun pi with a little of the pork mixture. Seal with beaten egg. Fry wun tun in deep oil. Serve.
