Egg Roll

1 cup beans
1 cup sweet pork cut in strips
1 tsp. shoyu
6 water chestnuts
1 cup beansprouts
2 eggs
2 stalk green onions
1/2 c ham

Fry ham, sweet pork. Add beans and water chestnuts. Add shoyu, salt and beansprouts. Pour into a dish and divide into 2 parts. Scramble eggs and fry in a hot pan and pour ingredients in egg and roll as Jelly roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Garnish with parsley.
