Blueberry-Lemon Squares




Yield: 9 x 13 inch pan INGREDIENTS 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix 2/3 cup salad oil 4 eggs, unbeaten 1 pkg. lemon gelatin 1 cup milk METHOD Beat ingredients at high speed for 4 minutes. Pour into well greased and floured pan. Bake 350 degrees F. for 55 minutes or until done.
1 cup sugar2-1/2 tbsp. flourGrated rind 2 lemons1/4 cup lemon juice1 egg, slightly beaten1 tsp. butter Mix sugar and flour, add lemon rind and juice, and egg. Melt butter in pan, add mixture, and cook until boiling point is reached. Stir constantly so that mixture will not stick to pan. Cool.
