Pickled Mango #3
1/4 cup Hawaiian salt 10 li hing mui 8 cups green mango slices 2 cups sugar 1 cup rice vinegar Put mango slices info a jar. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cool fo lukewarm. Pour over mangoes. Let stand for 24 hours, then store in refrigerator. Makes 4 quarts.

3 1/2 cups guava juice 1/2 cup lemon juice 7 cups sugar 1 pouch (3 oz) liquid pectin Sterilize jars. In a large saucepan, combine juices and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
