Korean-Style Short Ribs (Very Good)




2 cans kidney beans 2 medium onions, sliced 1 can solid packed tomato 1 tomato paste 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 3 tsp. cinnamon Salt and pepper Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Top with crisp bacon or chunks of ham. Bake 2 hours in 350 F. oven.
