5 lb. pork shoulder (6-7 pieces)10 tsp. sugar2-1/2 tsp. salt10 tsp. honey7-1/2 tsp. shoyuRed coloring Combine above ingredients and let soak overnight. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Add a few drops of water to prevent from smoking. Bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
